You are no longer authorized to use the CloudClock

I added new users and when I try to log in with the login credentials I assigned them I receive the following message "You are no longer authorized to use the CloudClock"

This error usually comes up when one of the following is not assigned in the user profile:

1. Punch Entry Policy under Punch Time Entry in the User Profile



2. Timesheet Template under Timesheets in the User Profile



You can refer to the Article  Setting up punch entry policies for details on creating a Punch Entry Policy.
