You are no longer allowed to use the billing option "Billable"

I'm trying to approve an overdue timesheet where an error is appearing for an individual task "You are no longer allowed to use the billing option "Billable" ......" I have changed the settings on the project even started a new project but it only appears to impact one user. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Check that the task includes the user. If not identified by user name, they might not be in the user group/department that is assigned to that task.

Thanks tried that too. No luck select the individual and all user same error.

Hi David,

The error that you are receiving is for a task under the project. We request you to check the billable option at the task level not at the project level

Hi Aashnee,

I have tried that too regardless of whether I change the task from billable to billable/non-billable, I'm still getting the error message either in red or orange font on the team approval page.
