Thank you for using Replicon Community.

In order to access custom reports via Web Services you must have Administrator permission along with relevant permissions to access the custom report which might based on a specific template.

Eg., Along with Administrator permission you should have Project Manager permission if this custom report has been created based on project template. Similarly Payroll Manager permission is required access all custom reports created using Timesheet or Time Off report templates.

Home page of Web Services: https://na2.replicon.com/<CompanyKey>/services/help/all (replace <CompanyKey> with your company key you login with on login.replicon.com)

Page for reporting web services: https://na2.replicon.com/<CompanyKey>/services/ReportService1.svc/help

- Use the GenerateReport service in order to access your custom report.

- Click on the icon as shown below to view the list of available reports.

- Select the required custom report.

- Select the output format as shown below and click on submit.

- Click on Submit to test the output.

Hi Lingaraj, I'm trying to follow this but when I click on the icon to view the list of available reports it asks me for a login? Trying my normal Replicon login does not work, is there a special format for username etc?

Hi James,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

If you following the steps above you should not be asked for a username and password. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message screen to understand this quey better ?

Hi James,

In case you are asked for credentials then use the following format:

In the user name field enter "companykey/username.
e.g. If your company name is abc and your user name is admin then on the services page when asked for username enter "abc/admin"

In the password field enter your password.
