We are not able to view expense receipts.

I am using Google chrome browser. I am unable to view couple of expense receipts updated by the user in the expense sheet, I am facing this issue intermittently.

Depending on the format and size of the receipt uploaded, certain type of receipts may not get displayed correctly. Kindly ensure you have installed the latest PDF viewer program eg., Adobe, which ensures receipts uploaded in PDF format are viewed correctly. The maximum size for a receipt is 15MB.

If receipt attached is a picture in jpeg or png format and the resolution is high, then browsers may not be able to display the entire receipt. You will need to download the receipt onto you local computer and view it separately.

You can use Google Chrome in incognito mode as shown below to isolate the issue to corrupt add-ons. If you are able to view receipts correctly under incognito mode then we recommend contacting your local IT team to further investigate this issue.
