User Time Sheet Freezing/ Not Saving

I have a user whom continuously has issues with saving her time sheet. She will save after each entry and then suddenly when she refreshes the information is lost. This is a problem faithfully every time she works on her times. We have tried all of the tricks with clearing her cache and browsing history.

Part of the issue is she is our Web Designer. This means she has well over 15-20 projects open at each time and there is no way around this. We need the system to be able to handle her project management. I have called about this issue with other users but have never received a solid answer. Anyone else have this issue or have suggestions?

Hi April,

Apologize for all the issues you are facing. We would love to troubleshoot this further, but first we need to understand her system config eg., what browser? browser version? etc., 

Is it possible that you can email her this thread, so that she can respond directly?

We have an open ticket with Replicon that has been a work in progress. I have not been the point person as the President of our company as taken over. The troubles are still spotty. I will follow up the next case that is reported with me.
