For some reason, the parameters have changed in Replicon. Reports that I run on a weekly basis now are bringing incorrect data.
If I have to QA every single line in reports that I run from Replicon, I rather go back to the drawing board and do on pen and paper.
How can I trust Replicon is pulling the right data? Suddenly the Actual Billing is now bringing two different information on two different templates.
Rakesh (Tech Support) helped me yesterday recreating my report in a different template, today I'm running another report on the same template he used yesterday and the issue is there again. I ONLY pick up the error because of my crosscheck formulas in Excel to verify data integrity and for my not much surprise, Replicon is unreliable once again.
Something needs to be done. ASAP.
