Single Sign On issues can be caused due to various reasons, few are listed below:-
- Time on the SAML server is lagging behind from the time on the Replicon server. - Time on the SAML server is Ahead of the time on the Replicon server. - The company key on the web.config file is not configured correctly. - Either the token is picked up from corrupt cache or the public key file is corrupted.
Replicon proactively monitors the servers to ensure that any issues are identified and resolved before it affects productivity. It is likely that we would have already tried contacting your Replicon Admin to check for technical issues. However, if you are an administrator and if everyone in your company is impacted, kindly contact the Replicon Support team for immediate help. Should you be an end user, then kindly report the same either to your IT helpdesk or HR team, who will internally contact Replicon for help.
