Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:- 

1. Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
2. Go to Administration > Users.
3. Open and Login as the affected user.
4. Click on the gear wheel icon on the top right hand corner.



5. Go to Settings.

 
6. Find out the Default Time Off Type for Bookings



7. Log back in as Admin.
8. Go to Administration > Users, Go to the Users profile > Time Off page and enable that Time Off type.
