Timesheet frozen in "Submitting" phase when submitting timesheet for approval

We have been live for a little under 2 months now. When submitting a timesheet, sometimes (about 10% of the time) the "Submit for Approval" button text will change to "Submitting..." with a spinning loading wheel and just stay in that state indefinitely. If the web page is reloaded, or the user otherwise re-logs in, the timesheet has been submitted.

We have received reports of this issue from several employees in our company. It seems to occur randomly, and I don't think the occurrence of it is dependent on the time data in the timesheet. As a result, I am unable to provide instructions to reproduce the bug -- in our instance or otherwise.

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this issue, if it is common behavior, and if there is anything we can do to prevent this from happening.

Hi Rameen. Hoping the support team will help you. FWIW: I've run into this issue personally if I haven't refreshed my screen in awhile or re-booted my machine in quite a while. May depend on the browser being used too (we find Chrome works best). Hoping it is an easy fix for you.
