When a user's time off settings are misconfigured, attempting to request time off via the timesheet results in a screen that never loads instead of an error message. In my case, my available time off types were configured to just Holidays (which cannot be requested via the time off request). The resolution is to configure additional time off types for the user. That would be good info for an error message. But instead, the time off request window appears grayed out and disabled, attempting to load forever. This is a bug and should be fixed IMO. Chasing this error down took several days and an escalated ticket, but better error handling would have made it a very easy thing to fix.
