Time Off: Rehire an employee after a conversion

Hi,

What is the recommended process to rehire an employee and reset their time off based of off their new start date as their new class? We have an employee recently converted from Apprentice class to Employee FT. He used time off while he was apprentice and we don't want to loose this data...

Are the time off types same for the all the employee classes and only the policy differs?

Hello, I see this conversation didn't go anywhere but I need help on this too - I am re-hiring someone who was a user when we had Gen 2.  Now we have Gen 3 - He will start with 0 PTO but I do want to somehow keep his history - especially his billable hours.  Help!

HI Monica,

As per our conversation today, you can re-enable the user at any time and the historical data will remain as it is.
