Time Off - Booking concurrent weeks includes weekends in hours calculation

I've noticed when booking multiple weeks for vacation, weekend days are counted in the hours used. For example we have a 35-hour week; booking 2 concurrent weeks off displays 84 hours used instead of the actual 70 requested.

Could the calculation be fixed to display the correct amount of hours? I find it confusing and  feel I'll be taking more hours than I asked for.

Thanks for your consideration.

I believe we were able to accomplish this task by creating Office Schedules and assigning the respective schedules to User Schedule Type.

Hi Erik,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

I would request you to help us if there is a office schedule set up for the user. If the schedule includes no hours for Sat and Sun then it does not take them into account.

Ah so this falls within the scope of Payroll's abilities to assign schedule parameters. Makes sense!
Thank you both for your kind responses. Now to inform Payroll...
