Time Off Accrual Based on Hours Worked

It would be very helpful to have a field in the Time Off module to accrue time off based on hours worked, many states are requiring a minimum amount of sick leave based on hours worked. California and New York specifically do; NY for example requires 1 hour accrued for every 30 hours worked. As of now, I have no way to track in the Replicon portal and need to track manually.

Thank you,

Jessa

Hi Jessa,

Thank you for using Replicon Community!

We have considered this requirement and have come up with a beta module for enabling the accrual based on hours worked. I will get back to you on this with a way to enable the same for you.

Thanks,

Hi Jessa,

We went through the details thoroughly and found that your company is currently placed on the Gen 2 platform of Replicon. The Beta Module prepared by Replicon suffices to the new customer needs on our Gen 3 Platform. We are still in process of enhancing the module to meet the existing customer's requirements as this would need the transitioning of the older data to the new platform. Though the progress is in full swing and the module will be available soon, it will be hard to commit a time frame.

However, if you still need more details on this beta module please feel free to let us know and we will call you regarding the same.

Thanks,
Aashnee Kamboj
