Hi Rachel,

We would like to understand the requirement of stop watch within your organization. We would be glad if you could share why you would not prefer using an In/Out timesheet instead of a standard timesheet with a stop watch.

Hi Aashnee,

Our employees may be working on multiple projects/clients in a single day, they use the stopwatch feature to keep track of how much time they spend on a single task to avoid any mistakes or forgetting how much time they have spent before moving onto the next project.

What is an In/Out timesheet?

Thanks,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,

An In/Out timesheet allows you to manually add in time and out time against the selected project/task. As per your requirement I can also suggest you to choose a punch timesheet for your users. This provides you with an option to clock in and clock out of project/tasks and records the exact start and end time. Additionally, if need be you can choose to have an ability to allow employees to edit the time added by these punches.

I can have a support representative call you and provide you a demo on the same.

Is this something that is a completely separate product? We did not expect that this feature (that was present in Gen2) would be for a separate fee in Gen3.

Hello Jas,

The stop clock functionality is discontinued and in and out timesheet is also part of your module.

You can have various timesheet templates set up based on your requirements.

You can configure the template that meets your requirement and we request you to refer to the below article to know more about configuring timesheet templates:

If you want to discuss this in detail we will be more than happy to contact you.
