Stat Holiday Hours - Shouldn't they pre-fill?

Hi Team,

In Gen2, when we entered the stat Canadian holidays, it would auto-populate the timesheets with the required hours for that day. We have moved to Gen3, and this week we had a stat on Monday (Victoria Day), but the hours are not pre-filling on anyone's timesheet.

Please advise if I need to do something on my end, or if this is no longer a functionality of Replicon.

HI Kathy,

The auto-population of holiday on the timesheets is something that we provide on both Gen 2 and Gen 3 version of Replicon. In case the holidays are not auto-populating there should be some settings missing in the system. I have requested our Support team to reach out to you and check the setup in order to confirm what is missing and help you configure the instance to populate the holidays going forward.

We are having this same problem, but only with new employees. The stats are grey, however they are not showing any time.

Hello Stephanie,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

There is a list of things that needs to be checked, let's start with the basics.

-Do all the new users have holiday assigned to there user profile? (Administration--- Users--- Time off )
-Do they have a Holiday calendar assigned to there user profile? (Administration---Users---Schedule)
-Is the user timesheet blank or indicated by the Star symbol?

You can go to the user profile and then try to populate it manually and check if it works:



Add the holiday date and then click add bookings:
