Start Date/End date of the Project should be available as a filter to run Reports.

Business requirement - I'm unable to run a report in order to get profit write up information because Project start date is timesheet entry based.
I would like to select start of a project filter and it would give me a list and breakdown of all the entries within that date range, not other way around.
I'm unable to see entire project if I limit it with Project Start date based on timesheet user entry.

Hi Jelena,

Thank you for posting your suggestion.
I would like to understand more about your requirement and have a few questions.

Firstly, could you please tell me which report template you are using?
Secondly, from what I understand, you need the ability to report on time entries that were entered between the project start and end dates, and no time entries from outside that range, is that right?

As you might have already observed, the 'Entire Project' option in the Date Range filter in the Project type reports currently show all time that was entered against the project regardless of the project start and end dates. This works this way so that any additional time that was logged against the project don't get missed out.

Thank you,
