How to add Client Representative within Project?

Hi Ann,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Detailed Steps are as follows:- 

1. Steps to assign the Client Representative permission:- 

- Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
- Go to Employees and Organization > Users.
- Go to the required users profile.
- Go to Roles & Permissions > Assign the Client Representative permission. 

2. Steps to assign Client Representative to a client:- 

- Log into Replicon as a user with Client Manager permission. 
Go to Clients tab > Go to the required client. 
- On the top right hand corner click on settings icon.
- Click on Client Representatives.
- Click on Add Client Representative and select the required user. 

4. Steps to assign a Client Representative to a project. 

- Log into Replicon as a Project Manager.
- Go to Project Management > Click on a project.
- Click on Project Info.
- Assign the required 
Client Representative.
 

5. Steps to create an approval path with Client Representative role.

Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
- Go to Administration > 
Timesheets > Timesheet Approval Paths.
- Click on Add > Step 1 Approvers > Select the role 
Client Representative.
- You can add other approval steps if required. 
- Assign this newly created approval path to the users profile. 


Once this is done, Timesheets will now be sent to Client Representative for approval. The above steps have been demonstrated in the video below:-
