Setting limits for amount of hours entered to project.

I am looking for training on how we can use Replicon tools to setup ways to track actual hours entered to a project AND to be able to lock out any entries once maximum is reached.

Also, on the "Progress Bar" can we have the bar graph turn different colors when the project is reaching its maximum (turn yellow if project is at 80% or red if project reaches 90%, and locked out at 100%)

Once feature is setup, how do I allow the Project Manager to adjust the budget/estimated amounts and not have to go through the Administrator?

Thanks
Dean

I like Dean's idea. Would it be possible to have Customer Success Manager share the solution here?

Hi Dean and Jeanne,

The availability of locking the timesheet hours after the estimated hours of the project/task are reached is available under the new timesheet format provided by Replicon. This can be accomplished by using a validation rule that is added to this timesheet format. The reason of me referring Dean to the customer success manager was to have the training get on progress. If you would like to read about our new timesheet format the the validation rule then you can use the following two help articles:

Read here about the timesheet format - https://www.replicon.com/help/custom-timesheet-template-options
Read here about the validation rules available - https://www.replicon.com/help/setting-up-timesheet-validation-rules

Thanks,
Aashnee
