Saved time entries lost

In Gen2, at least one of my users entered and saved time during the week, but when he went to update and submit his timesheet it was blank. Has anyone else had this issue?  What causes it, and how do we fix it?

Hi Deborah,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This behavior has been observed when a user uses Web application and Replicon on Mobile App simultaneously. In such scenarios if time has been entered on both then the save action overwrites the previous data completely. We may request you to please run an audit trail report for that user for that day and see the data. This can also happen if the data on timesheet was entered positively but no save action was performed.

I am in Gen 3 and have had this experience. The users are not using the mobile app simultaneously. We have also have the time entry number duplicate in another row or column randomly.
