RIA - Tasks not being created with the "all users" as a resource

The projects I am currently updating with tasks have "All Users" activated in the team.  However, when I try to add the tasks with the RIA tool to the project, the tasks do not have the "All Users" assigned to them.  I have to go back to the project and assign the "All Users" to the task.

When I try to add the Assign Users to the import template, there is no option for "All Users" and just a list of our user names, and I do not want to select all in the Assign Users, as our users are constantly changing and I would have to update every project and task to add them to it.

Is there a step I am missing, or is this something that needs to be configured into the RIA tool?

Hi Tamara,

The resource assignment towards a task is done by the "Task Resource Assignment" - Update/add action. You will have to perform this post the creation of tasks. However, currently that does not allow you to add all users to the task, you have either add user names or all all departments to have all users get access to the task.
