Report for all active users who have not yet submitted a timesheet for current timesheet period

I would like to have a report that will identify any active user who has not yet submitted a timesheet for the current timesheet period.

Currently, the "not submitted" only identifies users who have generated at timesheet.

If you have a situation where people are not even starting timesheets they are not captured by any available reporting means.

100 users and 2 delinquents leads to a significant manual processing exercise to find out who they are.

Please add a simple report to show active users who have not generated a timesheet as well - could be a 6th category under "Approval Status" filter.

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

We wish to understand your issue further. Do you mean that you would like to report on the users for whom the timesheet has not been generated yet?

In the current version  of Replicon, the timesheet gets generated for all the users by default. You can use the Timesheet Day Template with the following column and filter settings:

User Name
Timesheet Period
Approval Status

Users - Set to all users
Timesheet Period - Set to Current timesheet period

These should provide you the details as required.

This only works for timesheets that have been submitted.  We are trying to identify who has NOT submitted their timesheet.  Just tried it, does not work.  The same question was posed by Lee Farman 2 years ago and identified as solved.

Dharwad's solution simply states that the problem has been solved but does not state how the problem has been solved.

It does not work - I have verified it with in two different chat sessions with Replicon agents. They suggested I post here to see if it can be corrected in the future.

I have done the exact report as you suggest and until I go into the user's timesheet and save it with some form of entry, even all 0s without submitting it does not appear in the report.

In the example below I have advanced to the next timesheet period - the only user that is picked up is myself where I have saved the timesheet with all 0 entries.

All users should be reported.
