Replicon not loading

Replicon does not load. Receive a "Server unable to process your request" error message.

May we please confirm if you are an administrator or an end user. More so if we could confirm whether you are able to access the other tabs we mean tabs other than My Replicon.

I am an administrator, however, this issue is system-wide. No, I cannot access other tabs as Replicon does not load at all.
