At Replicon, our aim is to improve your experience with the product as a whole. Be it the product related queries or queries related to your account management, our motive has always been to reduce your time and effort to get the work done.

In a continuous effort to do so we are excited to announce that we will soon be releasing an Enhanced and Revamped Manage Account functionality.

In addition to your license summary this enhanced Manage Account section will include information and access to the following areas:

View Contract Details
This area on the Manage Account page will help you check the total number of licenses that you have purchased from Replicon along with the Contract Rate at which the licenses were purchased. The contract details also includes a date range that confirms your contract period with Replicon. If you have simultaneous contracts with Replicon then the date range drop down can help you choose the period you wish to view. 

                   

Ability to Add Additional Licenses
To minimize your time in purchasing licenses from Replicon we have included the ‘+Add Seats’ button under the contract details section. You will have access to the Purchase License Screen when you click on the Add Seats button. Here you can decide the number of licenses that you wish to purchase along with the total cost that you will be charged with.The purchase license button will be enabled when you click the check box to acknowledge that you are authorized to make a purchase on behalf of your organization.

                    

View Transaction History
The transaction history section is available for each contract. This section lists the complete details of the licenses that you have purchased till date. It will provide you details of the product that you have chosen to buy license for and the rate at which these licenses were purchased.

                   


Your Support Representative(s) contact details
This section of the portal will display your designated account manager / customer success manager’s contact information
