Replicon...easily the worst system I've ever dealt with

I have had the same Replicon issue on a monthly basis -- Replicon does not load. Each time, someone in this community or from support tells me they've looked at their logs and they've resolved the "back-end" error and all should be well.

Starting last week, Replicon has been failing every other day. I have been going back and forth with support and they have kept telling me they have resolved the "back-end" error. They lied. Then one of their "engineers" wanted to remote into my laptop to help solve this mysterious "back-end" error. This has led me to believe this whole Replicon system is run by people who have no clue what they're doing.

I will do whatever it takes to move my company away from this garbage and I HIGHLY suggest everyone else do the same.

I apologize for all the inconvenience that has been caused to you and I deeply regret the trouble caused. 

This is not something that we hear commonly from our customer's side and I truly understand that it is necessary to provide you a permanent fix for the same. I see that you have an open support ticket with us and we will make all possible efforts to resolve this once and for all.
