This week, we added a new timesheet validation rule, added a filter to the Time Off Types page, and fixed a couple of issues.

New timesheet validation rule: Dynamic Timesheet Hours

This new rule is useful if you want to validate hours worked on a weekly basis, but use a timesheet period that flexes in length so a week always ends on the last day of the month. This new rule will validate hoursworked each weekly period, taking into account the number of work days in that period.



Improvements

  • We’ve added a text search filter to the Administration > Time Off Types page to help you find time off types more easily


Fixed issues

  • The Previous Timesheet Including Time Data timesheet population option may not work for non-billable projects
  • If an administrator doesn’t have permission to access one group type, an error may occur when they try to access the Groups tab in user profiles
