This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for Android, added an audit log for user profile changes, made a small improvement, and fixed an issue.

User profile audit log

If you have multiple administrators in your system, there may be times when you want to know who made changes to user profiles – perhaps to promote accountability, or because you need to know where an error originated.

To address this need, we’ve introduced an audit log for user profile edits.

To access the log, first enable the Audit Log - View permission in your Administrator permission set, then click Audit Log within the user profile you want to audit.

Then, you can view the type of changes made for that user, plus the date of each change, who made it, and where they made it from (IP Address).

Note, this feature is an audit log, and not a full audit trail; while it shows what type of change was made, it doesn’t show exactly what field was affected, nor does it show original and new values for fields.

Also note, this feature won’t show historical data – just changes made since the feature was enabled.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes.

Fixed issues

  • In new time off, the estimated balance shown in the Time off booking waiting for approval email notification may show in Days even though the time off type unit is to Hours
