This week, we released a new version of Replicon Mobile for iOS, added a new conditional approval rule, and made a small improvement in user profiles. Also, note the small change we have coming soon that affects some time off users.

Upcoming product change: Removal of time off buttons for those who don’t book time off

Some companies use Replicon’s time off functionality solely to manage their holiday time off, which is automatically populated on users’ calendars. In these cases, time off booking buttons serve no function, and can confuse users. Therefore, in an upcoming release, we’ll be hiding time off booking buttons for users with no bookable time off types assigned and enabled.

Once this change is live, users who only have a holiday time off type assigned (or no time off types) will no longer see a Book Time Off button in their configurable timesheet or above the calendar on the My Replicon > Time Off page.

In Replicon Mobile, affected users will no longer see time off booking options on timesheets or in the Time Off section of the app.

New timesheet conditional approval rule: Second level supervisor approves

This new rule will automatically send all timesheets to each timesheet owner’s supervisor’s supervisor. Refer to Setting up conditional approval rules for more information.
