Question - Entitlement with different start dates

So for oen of our office we use the start date for yearly time off entilement rather than Jan 1st but i'm struggling to get a report that will show users remaining balance based on "their" year as i can only run a report for a time period to show days taken. Anyone have this issue, how to you overcome it? i can easily run to show total due but the balance is based on the report period, with hundred usuers i dont want to do this manually every week.

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand, you use the employee start date for time off accrual and you are facing challenges to see the users balance.

Our reporting functionality allows you to select the custom date range to get the balance and you can also include the user start date in the report for your reference.

You may also go to the user profile and click view transaction under time off to understand the accrual, current balance, and future balance per user.
