I am trying to find or create a report that will show me the remaining estimated cost of my project at the project and task level. Currently, the amount I get is estimated cost minus the individual actual billed amount. I need it at the project level.

For example:

Project X has an estimated cost of $600k to be completed in 3 phases. Phase 1 is $170k and has 3 people assigned to it. Employee 1 bills $5950, Employee 2 bills $4500, and Employee 3 bills $5250 for a total of $15,700.

My remaining total for phase 1 should be $154300. My report shows $164050, $165500 and $164750 respectively for each employee. And the total Remaining Task Cost is showing as $494300 - which is $170k times the 3 employees, less the $15700 billed. Additionally, the Remaining Revenue Amount for the project is $1784300. My report added the $600k 3 times less the billed amount.

I was able to create a report to give me the sum total billed, but I can't get it to give me the total remaining costs.

I appreciate any help.
