Hi, I am trying to create a dashboard in Power BI but I want to use some of the custom fields we have created in the Projects section. They don't seem to be pulling into Power BI when I add the data though so is there a way I can include these in my reports?

Hello Elinor,

Thank you for posting in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand you would like to get the custom fields defined under Replicon projects to Power BI.

Please help us understand how is replicon connected with Replicon(How is it integrated)?

Is this integration set up by Replicon or how is it set up?

Please do give us the requested details to assist you better.

If this is the first time set up we do have a connector and we will be more than happy to get in touch with you and discuss the integration connectors.

Regards,

Hello,
Yes i am using the Replicon connector that I downloaded from the site (Replicon_1.0.1576628447.mez) and then added using the steps in your blog found here (https://www.replicon.com/help/using-microsoft-power-bi-to-analyze-your-replicon-data/#viewing-demo-dashboards).
But unfortunately the tables don't contain any of the custom fields we have created in Replicon which would be really useful for me to be able to filter the data on. Is there a way I can include them?
Thanks,
Elinor

Hello Elinor,

Thank you for your time and patience.

Unfortunately, the connector does not support UDF.

The connector does give the OEF(Dynamic fields ) values, not the UDF(fixed fields) values.

The OEF is part of the widget timesheets.

To know more about UDF and OEF please refer to the below article:

https://www.replicon.com/help/creating-custom-fields/

Note: If you wish to have OEF on your instance you can email your Customer Sucess Manager and they can upgrade your module with "Widget timesheets".

Hope this information helps.
