Posting paid leave against the time off category

We annually give our employees the option to be paid for part of the vacation days that they have earned but not used or allow them to exchange leave days in lieu of paying their employee share of health premiums. These are active employees.  It would be very helpful to have a way to post the paid leaves against the leave type thereby reducing their available balance but NOT have it populate on their time sheet.  This would provide detail against the leaves and show it as paid leave for historical purposes. 

We also pay staff who leave their unused vacation time.  Again, for historical purposes it would be helpful to have a way to post this paid leave against the leave balances but not populate on their time sheet.

Thank you for posting in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand, your requirement is to have the employee sell his time off balance, and the system must have a record of it.

The current system allows you to make manual adjustments by altering the user balance, but the tracking is not possible.

Manual adjustments: The user has 8.75 accrued hours in his balance and he wants to sell 8 hours, the Admin will go to the user profile and set the balance to 0.75 and pay him for 8 hours. The current balance will be 0.75.



Can you please give me more details about this feature request, please?

-Do you want the users the option to exchange the hours from UI?

Please give us a more detailed requirement, so that we can share it with our Product management team.
