PDF Expense Extraction Tool Needs Updating

The filtering capabilities on the PDF expense extraction tool need to be updated.  Typically, we are trying to pull the receipt copies for a particular expense report, usually identified by the tracking number.  Today, there is no way to filter by tracking number, only by date.  This can be VERY cumbersome as there can be many dates on any given expense report.  A simple filter by tracking number would resolve this easily.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for posting on Replicon Community.

The PDF Expense Extraction is a out-of-box solution which we offer today, hence the available settings/filters are standard options.

Having said we can definitely review this request to include "tracking number" as part of the filter, with our customization team and provide you an update.

Thanks,
Raghu K

Unfortunately, Replicon has decided that the will not be supporting any further advancement in this tool at this time.  There has been no development effort put into this portion of the product for over 3 years, but Replicon refuses to commit any more resources.

I guess they have decided that having the ability to share the expense documentation with customers or auditors is not an important business function.

I find this extremely disappointing.
