A User was set-up mistakenly without a supervisor. For three weeks until it was noticed, when he submitted his timesheet - it automatically approved it.

A Supervisor should be mandatory from the Start Date of any employee.

Agreed. However, our CEO does not have a supervisor.
I have added Supervisor to the Payroll, Timesheets and performed a sort on Supervisor header.
This identifies those that may have been missed.

Hi Ranui,

Thank you for using Replicon community,

Although making supervisor mandatory may work for you, it may not go so well with other companies who would prefer making this optional. You can always scan users profile via the Administration > Users page. Here looking at the supervisor column one can easily find users with missing supervisors.

Note: If you don't see the Supervisor column, then click the gear icon on the top right hand corner and enable the same.

Regards,
Lingaraj

I have setup a CEO approval path that includes only our Accounting/Payroll/Book Keeping person.  The CEO still does not have a supervisor, but for audit purposes and separation of duties, etc., his timesheets must be approved for acknowledgement/mistake purposes.
