Need ability to allocate hours on weekends

Some of our employees are expected to work weekend hours at times but currently we are not able to set up allocations on weekends. Could someone explain to me what settings would need to be changed to allow this? Would it have to be done for all employees or could it be done for just certain employees as needed?

Hello Kelly,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand, you are not able to allocate resources on weekends.

This is caused as a result of users not scheduled to work on weekends as per the user's office schedule.

To Change the office schedule:

-Create a new office schedule for the users, who work on weekends

Sample:



In the above schedule, I have scheduled the user for all days in a week, so I will be able to schedule him for all the days in a week.

Note: Please leave the week off days blank so that, you will not schedule the users on his weekly off.

Once the new office schedule is created, assign it to the user and then you can allocate him as per the office schedule.
