Missing Employees (Users)

My employees don't show up in the "Users" list under the Admin tab. Where did they go? They used to be there and are still using the system

Hello Kathleen,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

I understand that you do not see users under Administration----Users.

This can be caused due to the following reasons:

1. Filters enabled 
2. View set for only active or Disabled users.

Request you to remove any filters that you might have enabled or set.

I checked that. When I select "All" on User Status, it still only shows 1 user.

It seems that we have enabled a filter and request you to remove it and then check.
