Marking Vacation time as Billable

Is there a way to have time off marked as billable time instead of non-billable time so that employee's utilization number is not negatively impacted? Utilization is calculated by billable hours/available hours. Given that the employee's bonuses are calculated on utilization vacation should not subtract from utilization as this would discourage them from taking their vacation. I have spoken to a Replicon service rep and there doesn't seem to currently be a fix for this, but it would be great to get something up and running, otherwise I will be getting rid of the time off model as it is not useful to us.

Hi Miranda,

How are you calculating the utilization - are you using reports for utilization calculation?

Thanks,
Sangeet
