Mandatory Comment box

I wanted to make a mandatory Comments box for a specific type of "Time off", and there is no option to do it for one "time off" type. So now it is compulsory to add a comment for all types of "time off", which is not what I needed.

It would also be very helpful for us if we could make the comment box mandatory in some time off types.

I agree that this would be a useful feature. We don't have plans to work on this right now. I hope to be able to support this sometime in the future though.

That's a great idea.  Our HR dept just asked about this, and was disappointed that it is not feasible.
