License usage management

In an upcoming release, we’ll be launching a new license usage management feature. This change will help ensure the number of licenses you use doesn't exceed the number you’ve purchased.

If your license usage is at or under your purchased quota, this change shouldn’t affect you. However, if your number of assigned licenses exceeds the number you’ve purchased, you’ll encounter an error.

Therefore, it’s important that you check your license usage and ensure you’re operating within your purchased quota. To do this, go to Administration > System and Security > Manage Account in your Replicon instance and view the License Summary section.



If you have more licenses assigned than you’ve purchased, you can unassign licenses or purchase additional licenses, as required. See Managing License Assignments for more information on adding and assigning licenses.

Note, the Disable Login field on the main user profile page will be removed when this new feature is enabled. If you need to disable users to free up licenses, use the Login Status field on the Licenses tab of user profiles.
