License error

One of our colleagues receives a License Error when she logs in to TimeSheet (see attached screenshot). I have checked her user account but cannot discern any problem with that: the settings haven't been changed recently either. Furthermore, we haven't yet recieved the maximum amout of licenses yet (68 from 100). So, can you please help with this error? What does it mean and how can we solve it?

A license error usually occurs when there has been change in module/license assignment. However, it would be difficult to narrow down to the cause without having a look at the instance and user's profile. Please contact Replicon Support for further help.

Hi Krishnakumar, Thank you for your comment. I did contact Replicon support and they discovered our Time Bill wasn't checked with all users. Once that was settled, everything was fine again. Best, Tom
