How do you disable a employee that's on leave in replicon?

Hello Tonya,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand You would like to disable a user who is on Time off.

We suggest you follow the below article to disable the user:

https://www.replicon.com/help/deleting-or-disabling-users/

Note: Please refer to the Disabling user's part.

If you are disabling the users to stop the user time off accrual, then we suggest you create a new line item with starting balance as the current balance and no accrual policy set up.

Once the user resumes the work then add the policy back with the effective date
