Issue uploading receipts

While entering expenses in Gen2 and trying to upload receipts, it just keeps loading and will not load the file.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Please follow below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:- 

1. Copy the Replicon URL https://na1.replicon.com/<yourcomp...;

2. Select 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' on the browser. 

3. Select the 'Security' tab and click on the 'Trusted site' icon. 

4. Click the 'Sites' button. 

5. Ensure 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone' is unchecked. 

6. Paste the Replicon URL in the 'Add this website to the zone:' section. 

7. Click the 'Add' button and then the 'Close' button. 

8. Set the 'Allowed levels for this zone: All' to 'Low'. 

9. Click the 'Custom Level' button. 

10. Scroll down to the 'Miscellaneous' category and ensure that the 'Access data sources across domains' is enabled. 

11. Continue scrolling down to the 'User Authentication' category and ensure that 'Automatic logon with current username and password' is enabled. 

12. Click 'OK' to complete the settings and again 'OK' to close the Internet Options window. 

13. Close all open browsers. 

14. Open a new browser and log into Replicon again 

NOTE: Size limitation for Expense Receipt is 15 MBs, if you try to upload more than 15 MBs then it stays on loading.
