We are working with another company and they will be sending an excel file of their time entry.  Is there a way to import their timesheet entries instead of manually entering them?

Hi Phong,

There is an Add Timesheet functionality for time entries through our RIA import tool. However, when I say Add, I mean it will overwrite any existing time entries in there.

You can test the same on one timesheet and see if that fulfils your requirements.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Aashnee,

Thank you for the quick response.  I'm reading the prerequisites and it says Gen3 is a prerequisite.  We are running Gen2.  Will the RIA import tool work with Gen2?

Hi Phong,

I apologize for not checking that.

Replicon can do the import for your version. However, there will be a minimal charge involved for the import.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Aashnee,

Please advise what the cost would be and if we were to have this data to Replicon by 2pm on Friday when the upload would be done?

Hi Phong,

That completely depends on the amount of data being imported. I will have your request forwarded to the Replicon Support team immediately. They will get in touch with you, analyze the data and inform you the exact amount.

Thanks,
