if the user is disabled the Holiday calendar should not auto populate on the users timesheet

The customer reported that if the user is disabled the Holiday calendar should not auto populate on the users timesheet if the Timesheet is generated.
The customer would not know the end date of every user, Hence it is difficult to go and add the end date in user profile.

Examples:  If we have 20 users who are disabled it is difficult to go to every users profile and assign an End date.

I would suggest you invest the effort to maintain user records accurately. If a user has departed, I add end date and disable. It's part of the process when someone leaves. Are you not also having blank time sheets created for those users? You can remove a holiday calendar from a user, but that's no less effort than adding the end date to the profile.

Hello Jiniya,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

Ideally, when you disable a user you need to enter an end date on the user profile.

But we do understand about the profiles for which the end date is not added or you do not want an extra step in the disabling user's process.

We have looped in our Product management team to share their thoughts on this requirement.

We do appreciate your efforts to bring this up.

Regards,

As suggested by others, applying an end date would be the recommended approach here.
