I can export time entries from Jira cloud to a CSV file and want each user to be able to upload their own CSV into Replicon Cloud. Anyone know of a way? Plug-in?

Hi!
We use Jira hosted and developed a plugin to integrate the work logs into Replicon.

Can you give me some details on the kind of export you're doing on Jira? I can't get work log times for individual users/specific time periods by regular export...

Thanks,
Nuno

Hi,

No, our plugin does not works on Jira Cloud.

Try do to the export. I think that you won't be able to get individual times by user or by time period. If you do, please let me know how you did it.

Hi Tom,

We have an import tool called RIA. You can click here to read about the tool. This can be used for importing data to Replicon by any user who had administrator access.

While I understand that you are looking to Import Data to Replicon please let me know if my understanding differs your issue

Thanks,
Aashnee

The problem is we want individual users to be able to import their weekly data. They will NOT have Admin rights. I looked at RIA and the spreadsheet is way too difficult to use anyway. Even by an Admin IMO.

Hi Tom,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused however, the only way currently is to import using RIA and the access to RIA is only provided to the administrator.

Thanks,
Aashnee
