  • Hi,
  • Thank you for using Replicon Community.
  • The Timesheet Period type is associated with System, Employee Type or Department. A user's Timesheet Period is dependent on which Timesheet Period Type is selected in the his/her profile.
  • To change a Timesheet Period:
  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Timesheet Periods under Timesheet Setup.
  • Depending on which Timesheet Period was set, select System, Employee Type or Department.
  • Click on the Add button.
  • Set the Timesheet Period Type to BiWeekly.
  • Specify the First Day of Week and Effective Date.
  • Save the settings.
  • Edit the user's profile and check if the Timesheet Period Type selected is the correct type.
One very important factor to be taken care of is the Effective date set for the new Timesheet Period. If The effective date is the day after the end of the old timesheet period, then we don't have to do any additional set up. However, if there is an interval of one or more days between the end day of the old timesheet period and the start date (effective date) of the new timesheet period, then we would have to set up an interim timesheet period for the transition, as per the number of days (between the end date and start date). Usually, you can opt for a manual Timesheet Period Type.

Note:
If a Timesheet Period is changed under System, Employee Type or Department, it affects all the users who have Timesheet Period Type set to any one of those.

Thanks
