How to change dept/project for employees

How to update the user to the new project and disable the user from the old project? Please note: We do not want to disable the old project.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Changes to project team can be made only by Administrator or a user with Project Leader permissions. 

To add/remove users or team members to and from a project team in Replicon, follow the steps given below:

  • Open the project's main page.
  • Select Project from the top menu.
  • Select the Edit icon next to the project you would like to edit.
  • From the Project Information section, change the project leader, if necessary.
  • By default, the Project Leader field is set to the user who creates the project.
  • Select Edit in the upper right corner of the Project Team section.
  • From the list of available project team members, select the users and/or departments that will be working on the project.
  • Ctrl-click to select multiple team members.
  • Use the Department filter, if required, to shorten the list of available users.
  • Click the >> button to add the selected users/departments to the project.
  • Click the << button to remove the users similarly from the old project. 
  • Select Save.
