How do I run a report that shows which active users have not filled in their timesheet each day

We are required to have users fill out their timesheets daily. How can I run a report on Tuesday that will show me everyone who has not entered their hours on Monday and so on for each day.  Seems like it should be a fairly easy thing to accomplish.

Hi Bruce,

I created an "Overdue" report using the Timesheet Period template in Gen3.  For filters I used the timesheet period and Approval Status.

I chose the following in settings: Timesheet period, user name, total hours, submitted on.

We additionally use this report to separately see status of approvals by changing the Approval Status filter to "Waiting for Approval" and thus include approver name, approval date/time, waiting on approver after the above settings (they will be blank when the Approval Status filter is set to Not submitted and Rejected).

Hope this helps! Let us know if this works.

Oh wait, sorry, I see you are looking for daily, not weekly... this won't work for your needs then.

Hi Bruce,

You can create a timesheet day template report and include the following columns
- User Name
- Timesheet Period
- Entry Date
- Total Hours

The total hours will show 0 when the timesheet is not filled
