Holiday hours not appearing automatically in the timesheet

A particular user whose timesheet would not show the holiday hours automatically even though under timesheet settings, add holiday hours automatically to the timesheet is enabled.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

For a users Timesheet to have a Holiday Auto-populated, it should satisfy the following conditions:

  • In Time Off settings, Time Off Type for Holidays should be Holiday.
  • The Time Off template should be selected in the users profile.
  • The TimeOff type Holiday should be enabled (Allowed) in the users profile.
  • The Holiday Calendar should be enabled in the users profile.
  • And ofcourse, the specified day you are looking for should be listed as a Holiday in the Holiday calendar.
  • The Schedule Type is set in the users profile.

Note:
If a users Timesheet was generated before the Holiday calendar was set up for the user, then the Timesheet would not be auto-populated with the Holidays for that period.
