Holiday Auto population

Holidays do not auto populate on Gen2. Why?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

The Holidays may not get auto-populated on the timesheet for different reasons.
Follow the check list below to find out if the set up is correct.

  • The Holiday calendar is set up and all the Holidays are added to the calendar.
  • The Holiday calendar is enabled in the user's profile.
  • The Time Off Type Holiday is enabled in the list of Time Off Types.
  • Make sure "Time Off Type for Holidays is" is set as Holiday, in the Time Off Types list.
  • The Time Off Type Holiday is enabled in the user's profile.
The above listed set up makes sure the Holidays are auto-populated in a user's timesheet.

Note:
If a Holiday is added to a Holiday calendar after the timesheet has been generated, then the timesheet would not be populated with the Holiday hours.

If the timesheets are not auto-populated despite the correct set up, as described above, please contact Replicon Support.
