Higlight current day

  • Under Consideration
In my Schedule view, I usually have 1.5 - 2 months showing.
At the same time, have all my reporting staff listed.
It can be a little frustrating to find a particular day, as the view is not always starting on the first of every month.

Similarly to how public holidays highlight in grey, would it be possible to have "today" highlighted (eg in yellow) to stand out?
This would create a super quick visual reference.

Hello Alex,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

As I correctly understand you would want the current day to be highlighted.

This is a great suggestion and the colors that you are referring to are set by the schedule manager to differentiate the shifts.

I would suggest you to check the below article to know more about adding the shift and giving it color for reference:

https://www.replicon.com/help/setting-up-shifts/

Please do let me know if you have any further questions or suggestions based on that, I would forward this idea to our PM team.

Hi Vinodh

Thanks for your reply.

Your understanding of "you would want the current day to be highlighted" is correct.
After that, you kind of lost me.

We have setup the shift colours, that is not an issue.
This feauture does not change how the current day appears - or does it?

Regards
Alex

Hello Alex,

Sorry for not being clear.

I was referring to the public holiday part and the current day.

To summarize your requirement you would like to have the current day highlighted as the Time off is highlighted.

We have forwarded your request to our PM team to share their thoughts on this.

We appreciate your efforts.

Hi Alex,

I can understand how this would be helpful. It's not something we plan to prioritize in the near term, but will definitely keep it in mind for future.

Thanks,
Charlene
